What is Property Transfer? Property Transfer is an act by which a living person(s) transfers the ownership of a property to another living person(s) now or in the future within our management portfolio.
Subletting is when an Owner of a property within our management portfolio wants to rent the property to a tenant(s)/person(s) that meets the age restriction in our developments under a Tenancy Agreement for a period of time.
