Hugh Lambourne appointed Managing Director of Churchill Estates Management

Hugh Lambourne has been appointed Managing Director of Churchill Estates Management.

With over 30 years’ experience in the sector, most recently as Operations Director for a national housing association, Hugh has a wealth of expertise in property construction, maintenance and management, and in delivering a first class service to customers.

He will lead Churchill Estates strategic direction and oversee its plans to develop its range of property management and retirement living services. This will include the growth of its new Careline Support business, which launched in 2020 to provide a direct 24/7 emergency call service to developments across the country.

Commenting on his appointment, Hugh said:
