Churchill’s in-house estate agency launches new identity – Churchill Sales & Lettings

Our in-house estate agency specialising exclusively in retirement properties has announced a rebrand to Churchill Sales & Lettings, to better reflect its close link with the Churchill Group.

The purpose of the name change is to more clearly demonstrate the close connection between the estate agency business, formerly known as Stratton & King, and its parent company Churchill.

Alongside its new name, Churchill Sales & Lettings has also launched a new lettings service for pre-owned apartments, to meet the growing demand it is seeing in this area. In addition, it is developing a new specially tailored refurbishment package offering to assist those who are looking to achieve the best price when selling or renting out their property. These changes will help support a strong resales market in the wider retirement living sector, underpinning value for both new and existing Customers.

Unlike a typical high street estate agent, Churchill Sales & Lettings’ experienced team has an in-depth understanding of the lifestyle benefits and added value that a retirement living apartment provides. They can look beyond the bricks and mortar, valuing properties accordingly and achieving consistently higher resale prices.

The team already works closely with Churchill’s network of Lodge Managers across the country, and will continue to deliver a best-in-class service to apartment Owners and their families when the time comes to complete their journey with Churchill.

Spencer McCarthy, Chairman & CEO of the Churchill Group, said: “We believe this new identity will help to underline the expertise of our sales and lettings team, and cement the connection between them and the wider Churchill Group. Central to this is our commitment to providing a consistent service to our apartment Owners and Customers throughout their time with us, and supporting them at every stage of the retirement living journey.”

The name change took effect on 1st August, along with the launch of a new website: churchillsl.co.uk.
