Established in 2020, Careline Support Ltd is part of the Churchill Group of companies and has quickly become a pivotal piece of the overall business model.  Careline provides telephone-based customer support to over 10,000 Homeowners living independently in retirement apartments around the UK, supporting them to achieve a safe and secure lifestyle and enjoy their retirement.

We are committed to maintaining a first-class level of service at all touch points. The creation of Careline has enabled us to elevate our service and our amazing call handling team ensures that no-one is alone in an emergency. Working from our modern offices in Ringwood, Careline is breaking the mould of other call centre environments.

By joining us as a Careline Operator you’ll be handling incoming calls from retired Homeowners and customers, providing that sense of security and peace of mind, whilst taking immediate and responsive action to crisis situations and contacting emergency services where needed.hatever the call, our Careline Operators do a fantastic job of listening, supporting and responding effectively to every call, making a positive difference every time and providing a fantastic customer experience.
