ARMA Ace Awards Success highlights customer service excellence at Churchill Estates Management

After being shortlisted in five categories at the ARMA Ace Awards 2023, the Churchill Estates Management team were delighted to win the two top awards for outstanding customer service at a glittering ceremony on Friday 16th June.

The property management industry’s most prestigious awards were attended by over 550 property professionals, celebrating excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading residential managing agents and suppliers, and the work of their people in improving the lives of leaseholders across the country.

CEM Area Manager Jackie Ashenden won the Outstanding Customer Service Award for an individual, recognising her exceptional support for Churchill Owners and Colleagues across the South East region.

Completing a clean sweep of the Outstanding Customer Service categories, Churchill’s own dedicated Careline Support business also won the Outstanding Customer Service Award for a company. This was a first major industry award for Careline Support since we launched the business less than 3 years ago.

We were also proud to be shortlisted in the following categories:

  • Managing Agent of the Year (5,000 – 15,000 units)
  • On-site Staff Member of the Year (Maria Turner, Trewin Lodge)
  • Service Charge Accountant of the Year (Tom Corlett)
