Ace Awards Success for Churchill Estates Management

After being shortlisted in five categories at the Property Institute’s Ace Awards 2025, the Churchill Estates Management team were delighted to see two Colleagues recognised at the awards ceremony on Friday 20th June, including a win for Area Manager Neil Bradbury!

Neil was presented with the award for Outstanding Customer Service Award for an individual, recognising his exceptional support for Churchill Owners and Colleagues across the North West region. Lodge Manager Bill McCallister from Calne in Wiltshire was also Highly Commended in this category.

The CEM team were also proud to be shortlisted in the following categories:

  • Managing Agent of the Year (5,000 – 15,000 units)
  • On-site Staff Member of the Year (Kerrie Instone, Beechcroft)
  • On-site Staff Member of the Year (Maureen Collines, Park Rise)

The Ace Awards are the most prestigious in the property management industry, and this year’s event was attended by over 500 professionals from across the sector, celebrating excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading residential managing agents and suppliers, and the work of their people in improving the lives of leaseholders across the country.
